Well things are not going well for Superman and Lois. The question "who is Clark Kent?" continues to unfold as Jon disappears in a strange blue fire after the other Clark shows up at the farm.
This issue we see Superman and Lois go on the search to find the other Clark as they believe he is responsible for Jon's disappearance.
This issue really blew me away. It was so much fun and well constructed. I was honestly shocked by everything that was revealed in this issue. Sometimes I'm not very big on crossovers, mostly because there have been so many in the past. Prior to Rebirth the Superman books seemed to be in constant crossovers. It got so exhausting I stopped collecting Super books altogether.
Now that we are deep into Rebirth this is the first crossover for the Super books and it totally works. This "who is Clark Kent?" story has been a big part of both series so to have the reveal crossover into both books definitely makes sense.
This story has been so exciting and kept me at the edge of my seat. Even with the big reveal in this issue I'm still on the edge of my seat wanting to see how this unfolds. This is the Superman story we have wanted and it lives up to all expectations.
This issue also comes with a secondary story that completely ties into the main story. Sometimes those can just be filler, but I found it to be just as engaging as the main story. It had just as much fun and excitement that it really just felt like a continuation from the first story.
Want to know who the other Clark Kent is? Well you don't want to miss this action packed issue because I guarantee it is going to take you by surprise!
