Now I'm fully onboard with this book! It took awhile and I wasn't sure if I was sold on the magic angle or not, but after this issue I'm so on board with it now.

This issue we get to see Excalibur do some of their own investigations. Merlyn is up to something and Excalibur wants to know what that is.

I thoroughly enjoyed this issue a lot. While the investigation by Excalibur was interesting, and we are left with a pretty intriguing cliffhanger, where this book really shined is with Pete Wisdom. Being stuck on Krakoa must have been driving him crazy. But Pete is never without a plan and he manages to bring together something that had me super excited. I really hope that Pete Wisdom becomes a mainstay in this book. He definitely was what finally got me hooked.

The art in this series continues to be outstanding. This issue was a lot of fun because we are now getting to really see different parts of Otherworld and each area is so masterfully crafted and designed.

Overall this book continues to dive deep into magic and bring us tons of Otherworld lore. There's some bold things that happen in this issue and they have me very excited to see the impact they will have not only on Otherworld, but Krakoa as well.
