Before the contest, they feast! Wait… didn’t we do this already?!

Now that was a chapter! I don’t want to give any spoilers, but Wolverine's plan doesn’t quite go how he imagined it would. I guess one should not underestimate Staurnyne’s power. The start of this chapter was really interesting and shocking. Then poof, it’s all changed.

I was super impressed with this chapter. While it mostly was another issue of pre-tournament business, this one was done really well. There are many moments that I didn’t see coming. I’m actually thankful for this chapter as it got me excited again and on the edge of my seat.

One of my favorite moments from this chapter was Cable and Magik. Their interaction with Isca was hilarious. It’s something I could totally see these two orchestrating, especially Magik. Also Cyphers love of sushi, haha so good.

This issue also helped the mutants from Arakko to shine a lot more. We got to see more of their personalities and that helped to get me excited to learn about them. I wonder how much of their personalities will shine in the tournament, or will they be all business? The mutants from Krakoa we know will be all personality and then some.

These pages also are so incredible to look at. The fun and excitement really leaped off the pages and that really took the story up a few levels.

Overall this chapter packs in the fun and excitement. The tournament is just around the corner and this chapter really upped the energy to get us ready for it.
