Black Widow is living the perfect life. Seemingly without any memory of her previous life. Hawkeye and Winter Soldier are looking into the Black Widow's disappearance but find her and even they ask the question, should they wake her from the perfect dream?

AHHHHHHHH this book is so good! I’m so blown away by how original it is and how fun it is. I can’t get over just how much I’m in love with this book. I have been reading Black Widow for many many years and this has to be one of the best out of any of them.  This story oozes charm and is one of the most engaging books I’ve read all year.

I think what sets this book above the rest is because it’s such a different story. We aren’t getting the typical blast from the past spy book. Whoever hired Arcade is really doing a number on Natasha, and we have no idea why or who they are. Natasha is one of the most skilled S.H.I.E.L.D. agents and avengers. If she has been brainwashed, I fear for others then.

I also love that while she has no previous memory her spy/assassin skills manage to rise to the surface when she is being tested or in peril. She questions it a bit, but also just sort of goes with it.

I’m really excited to see where this goes. This issue actually had me asking a lot of questions. I don’t want to spoil anything, but ya I’m on my seat waiting to find out what happens.

The art in this book also astonishes me with how incredible it is. This creative team actually I feel belong together. They both compliment the other's work and raise it to another level like I’ve never seen before. Every page is just stunning!

Overall Black Widow packs so much beauty, intrigue and charm into its pages. This is one of the most refreshing new series out, and I highly recommend picking it up if you haven’t yet.
