This book started off a little slow for me in the first issue but all that changed in the second issue. In true Alien fashion things got intense for the Wayland-Yutani Sphacteria 2844255 Fuel Depot/ Way Station.

This issue we see the crew trying to figure out what happened to their guests they rescued. They are badly burnt and heavily sedated but what could have happened to them? This is an Alien series so we all know what has happened but even with us knowing that it doesn't take away from the thrill and excitement when a couple chestbursters make their appearance.

This series really follows the Alien formula it still manages to deliver it in such a way that you are fully engaged into the story. The moments with the chestbursters is gross and really gets your heart pumping with the excitement of seeing them appear and then scatter into the shadows. There are two Aliens on this station now which means things are going to get doubly worse for the crew.

While not a lot happened in this issue, James Stokoe manages to really pull you in and every moment feels validated and you are right there with the characters in the story. This is one of the better Alien stories and I'm really excited to find out what happens.
